Subsequent to the chaotic November 2006, The CSCMA 4th Board of Executives almost broken down into fragments. There were prominent news columns regarding TCM forums appeared day after day from November to December 2006. The chaotic situation between "transitional Board" and "the Members elected Board" came a halt when the Royal Accent was granted to Bill 50/2005, the profession of TCM was regulated by law in Ontario on December 20, 2006. Fire ceased, momentarily, the show goes on.

"Transition Board" claims that they are represented by 290 "members", letters carried with infringed CSCMA logo and letterhead keep sending to selected group of Society's Members. The 4th Board members keep jumping from one stage to another: media interviews; press releases keep exchanging views with their conterparts. And the Christ's Mass fell.

Boxing day just passed, will the boxing fight go on?
